Allison - Treatment Coordinator
As Treatment Coordinator, Allison works with patients and their families to gather all information in order to assist Dr. Becher with the initial visit and works with patients to explain procedures and answer any question about their treatment plan. Allison is a registered dental assistant and has been in the orthodontic field for 13 years. She also has an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice. Allison is a native Austinite, married to Jon and has one son, Michael. She enjoys spending time with family, going to movies, roller skating, laughing with friends and relaxing on the weekends.

Bonnie - Appointment Coordinator
Bonnie has been with our team for over 17 years. She is an invaluable part of our office. Bonnie manages the schedule, phone and many other tasks. Her friendliness and smile put our patients at ease. She is a native Austinite. Out of the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys garage sale shopping, exercising, cooking and outdoor activities with her dog Trixie. She lives in Dripping Springs with her husband, Dennis.

Linda - Orthodontic Assistant
Linda assists in the clinic and has been a member of our team since 2003. Her quality of care, attention to detail and patient experience has made her an invaluable part of the team. Her caring nature helps in communicating to patients very effectively. Linda is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University. She and her husband, Russell, live in Lockhart and have three beautiful daughters. She enjoys music, baking, camping, sewing, gardening and spending time with family and friends.

Jessica - Orthodontic Assistant
Jessica is a guarantee for an enthusiastic smile. She attacks her job as orthodontic assistant with amazing zeal. She loves her job and the people she works with. Jessica assumes the role as continuing education specialist. She constantly searches out new and fun ways for the whole staff to be on the cutting edge of new technology. In her spare time, Jessica likes to spend time with her friends and family and furthering her personal development by working toward her college degree.

Brittany - Treatment Coordinator
She has been a part of our team since 2008 and is a registered Dental Assistant. Brittany has taken on many projects such as fun activities for the office and assisting with the younger patients. She plays an important role organizing contests, reward programs and our recall club. Brittany considers it very important to educate patients about caring for their teeth and appliances. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, having game nights with friends and shopping.

Kori - Orthodontic Assistant
Kori is a registered dental assistant and has been in the field for over 17 years. Kori makes patient care her top priority. Her clinical experience permits her to expertly manage the clinical environment. She is our Coordinator for SureSmile and guides our patients through the process and excitement of a beautiful smile. She takes great pride in making sure the patient has a comfortable fun experience. Originally from Illinois, she relocated to Austin in 2001. She enjoys being with friends, going to the movies, exercising and watching the longhorn football games. Hook em Horns!

Michelle - Orthodontic Assistant
She has been in the orthodontic field since 2005 and is a registered dental assistant. Michelle enjoys helping to create beautiful smiles and seeing the final results. She is eager to take on many new projects, such as coordinating Invisalign and getting on board with our new SureSmile technology. Michelle is married to Michael and has two children: Emma and Noah. Her hobbies include being outdoors and doing small projects around the office and at home.

Gina - Office Manager/Financial Coordinator
Gina has been with the team since 2007. She helps patients with the financial and insurance areas of treatment. She leads our not for profit fund raising that benefits our community in many ways including: the elderly, girl scouts, boy scouts and the local schools. She coordinates and supports the many activities of the office. Gina is a graduate of North Texas State with a BA in Business and Marketing. She and her husband, Brad have two sons, Scott and David. In her spare time she enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Rozi - Records Coordinator
With a welcome smile, our records coordinator, Rozi assists in the new patient process. She is our resident photographer. We use photographs of the teeth to help educate our patients about their needs and to celebrate their completed, beautiful smiles. She sees it all from start to finish. Rozi enjoys being with her family, spending time with her boyfriend, shopping and doing her nails.
